At UseCodifyX, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital services with transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our process regarding cancellations, refunds, and project terminations.

1. Service-Based Nature

All our services, including website design, development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and consultation, are customized according to the client’s specific requirements. Therefore, once a project has commenced, refunds are limited under certain conditions outlined below.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

• Requests for project cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to support@usecodifyx.com.
• If cancellation is requested before project initiation, a full refund (minus transaction charges) will be issued.
• If cancellation occurs after the project has started, the refund amount (if applicable) will be based on the completed work and resources utilized.
• No refunds are applicable once the project is in its final delivery phase or marked as completed.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are considered only if the service has not been delivered as promised and sufficient proof supports the claim.
• In cases where third-party tools, domains, hosting, or software licenses are purchased, those costs are non-refundable.
• Subscription-based or monthly service plans (such as SEO, maintenance, or hosting) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

4. Delayed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is delayed or disputed, UseCodifyX reserves the right to pause or terminate ongoing services until the issue is resolved. Clients are encouraged to contact our support team immediately to clarify and resolve disputes.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

Once a project or deliverable has been approved by the client, it is considered final. Any additional changes or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, but no refunds are applicable after approval.

6. Cancellation by UseCodifyX

In rare cases, UseCodifyX may cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, non-cooperation, or violation of our terms. In such cases, a partial refund may be processed depending on the stage of the project.
